You shouldn't have too many withdrawal symptoms from that if you taper off of it for a week. I'm not sure why your doctor suggested missing a day.I have suffered panic attacks for 2 years and just a few days ago (Wednesday, Feb. 5 '14) I was put on 10mg Escitalopram. Generic for lexapro....
